RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The project will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. This opportunity (Task Order Proposal Request no. 10181RR195) is available as a competitive task order only to the following contractors that were awarded a U.S. FWS Region 1 Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (ID/IQ) contract under Alteration/Repair/Rehab/Demolition projects for the work category of construction for Idaho: EDL Construction, CA; Yerba Buena Eng. & Construction, CA; SM Construction, CA; Five Rivers Construction Inc., WA; Combined Effort, CA; and MJ Hughes Construction, OR; Knight Construction & Supply, WA; Burton Construction, WA; Northern Management Services, Inc., WA; Allen-Bradbury Construction, WA. The estimated closing proposal response date is 12/24/2009. The estimated award date is 12/31/2009. The PSC is Y211, NAICS code is 238990 and the size standard is $14 million. Estimated project magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000 for both refuges. After evaluation of offers is completed, the Government intends to issue a firm fixed price task order to the ID/IQ contractor (offeror) whose proposal is most advantageous to the Government. This project is to Perform Tier 1 Energy Upgrades/Projects as defined in the Statement of Work, located at Grays Lake NWR and Minidoka NWR near Pocatello, Idaho.
