RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTORS UNDER THE REGION 5 ARCHETICTURAL AND ENGINEERING (A&E) SERVICES CONTRACTS. This is not a solicitation. The USFWS Region 5 has a requirement for A&E Services for design of a HVAC system at the Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge, located in Cambridge, MD. It is the intent of the Government to award a task order against an existing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract. These contracts were awarded under the procedures outlined in FAR Part 36 for A&E Services. The selected IDIQ vendor is Burgess & Niple - Contract No. 501816D005. The task order will be firm fixed price. The NAICS code for this project is 541330.
