RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTORS UNDER THE U.S. FISH AND WILDLIFE SERVICE (USFWS) MULTIPLE AWARD TASK ORDER CONTRACTS (MATOC). This is not a solicitation. The USFWS Region 5 has a requirement for Design/Build Services for the Rehabilitation of a Hatchery Building at the Northeast Fishery Center, located in Lamar, PA (Clinton County). It is the intent of the Government to award a task/delivery order against an existing MATOC. These contracts were awarded under the procedures outlined in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 36. The task/delivery order will be a Firm Fixed Price. The NAICS code is 236220.
