This project is an American Recovery and Reinvestment (ARRA) action. Receipt of award is contingent upon the offeror meeting the requirements of Section 1512 (reports on use of funds) of the Recovery Act. This opportunity is only available under the 8(a) program, per FAR Part 19, to 8(a) contractors nationwide in conjunction with solicitation no. N2000100900. This opportunity is available as Sample Task Order One under solicitation no. N2000100900 and may be awarded in conjunction with the base Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) award.
