RECOVERY - DEMOLITION OF DISCONTINUED MARYLAND STREAMGAGE AND CABLEWAY STATIONS.

In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (the 'Act'), Public Law 111-5, this notice is provided for INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The Department of the Interior, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), intends to issue a task order under established Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity contract number G10PC00064 awarded to Lion Air, Inc. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE INCUMBENT CONTRACTOR(S). The original award was made on a competitive basis. The task order issued against aforementioned contract is as follows: Contract/Order #G10PD01020, Dollar Value of This Action is $20,670.00 for the demolition of various streamgage and cableway stations. Period of Performance is 22 Mar 2010 through 30 Sep 2011 and Place of Performance is various locations throughout the state of Maryland. Full or partial funding for requirements to be completed by the contractor will utilize funds provided by the Act.
