AMERICAN RECOVERY AND RE-INVESTMENT ACT. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THE NATIONAL PARK SERVICE (NPS) Northeast Region intends to enter into negotiations with a firm to be determined by the Small Business Administration (SBA) for Rehabilitation of Buttrick Gardens and Agricultural Fields - Battle Road Unit, Minute Man National Historic Park, Concord, Massachusetts. This effort includes consist of the complete work required for the restoration of the Buttrick Gardens, clearing neglected, recently overgrown agricultural fields of trees, shrubby underbrush and/or invasive plants; rehabilitating fields by plowing, tilling and/or disking; cleaning of agricultural drainage ditches, and removal of unsightly and/or hazardous debris from fields and bordering areas. This announcement is not a solicitation for offers. The NPS anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract to a capable 8(a) firm pursuant to FAR 19.8 and FAR 6.302-5(b)(4). The estimated price range of this effort is $100,000 to $250,000. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) 115112.
