THE NATIONAL PARK SERVICE (NPS) - Gateway National Recreation Area intends to enter into negotiations with a firm to be determined by the Small Business Administration (SBA) for the Rehabilitation of a Ranger Station at Saratoga National Historical Park, Stillwater, NY. The work of this contract consists of the renovations and upgrades to existing restrooms in the Ranger Station building of Headquarters Complex at Saratoga National Historical Park. The work encompasses all renovations in order to construct a complete handicapped accessible restroom including modifications to restroom plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems and procurement and installation of new ADA compliant plumbing fixtures. The NPS anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract to a capable 8(a) firm pursuant to FAR 19.8 and FAR 6.302-5(b)(4). The estimated price range of this effort is $25,000 to $100,000.
