This notice is for information purposes only. The BIA intends to award a sole source contract to DHI Water & Enviroment, 319 SW Washington St, Suite 614, Portland, Oregon, in accordance with authority citations 10 USC 2304(c)(1), 41 USC 253(c)(1)

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT for the Government to award Sole Source to DHI Water & Environment, 319 SW Washington Street, Suite 614, Portland, OR 97204 in accordance with authority citations 10 USC 2304(c)(1), 41 USC 253(c)(1), and Federal Acquisition Regulation Subsection 6.302-1(a) (1). DHI is considered the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The required product/service is to continue to provide maintenance and software updates for the agency to fulfill existing requirements for dams and dam safety and consistency with other sister agencies. This service will be provided to the BIA - Division of Natural Resources. This is not a request for quote.
