Recovery This is a 100% ARRA Project PROJECT DESCRIPTION: American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) project(s) for contractor to perform work that entails 1) providing Exhibits that consists of the design, fabrication, and installation of all interior and exterior exhibitory components. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, supplies and perform all work required for this work. The Job is located at the Fish & Wildlife Service (Mammoth Spring National Fish Hatchery; Mammoth Spring, AR) (http://www.fws.gov/mammothspring/). A determination by the Government to utilize its established IDIQ Contract and not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
