Upgrades and system usability improvements to U.S. Fish and Wildlife's Accomplishment Reporting System.

Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service), Region Three, Division of Construction and Acquisition at Ft. Snelling, Minnesota, intends to procure the services to maintain and upgrade a web-based Service tool. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service's Accomplishment Reporting System (ARS), used by employees and managers nationwide to track projects completed by staff on behalf of the resource, is due for numerous upgrades to make completing a report more efficient for workers. The upgrades will also take advantage of the newest trends in on-line delivery of social networking applications and advanced editing functions to better serve all users an managers of the system. The system was developed and managed by Saphea and was created using proprietary scripting and programming. Since the programming and maintenance is included proprietary software and programming, it is imperative to continue to use Saphea for upgrades and maintenance. Using any other company would likely result in the need to recreate the Accomplishment Rating System.
