RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTORS UNDER THE USFWS REGION 5 A&E IDIQ CONTRACTS SOUTHERN ZONE. This is not a solicitation. The USFWS Region 5 has a requirement for Administrative and Inspection Construction Services for the Rehabilitation of the HVAC System. It is the intent of the government to award a task/delivery order against an existing IDIQ contract. This contract will be awarded under the procedures outlined in FAR Part 36.6 for Architect and Engineering Services. The selected IDIQ vendor is Burgess & Niple, Inc. - Contract No. 501816D005. The task/delivery order will be fixed price. The NAICS code is 541310. PROJECT INFORMATION: The work shall consist of performing Administrative and Inspection Construction Services for the Rehabilitation of the HVAC System to incorporate energy efficiency improvements to the current HVAC System at Prime Hook National Wildlife Refuge, Milton, Delaware.
