Sole Source Award - Chemical Analysis of Fish and Wildlife Tissues (bat & fish) for Emerging Contaminants

Notice of Intent -The Northeast Region of the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service has a requirement for a contractor to perform chemical analysis of bat tissue from carcasses collected in White Nose Syndrome affected and unaffected locations for a number of pesticides. There are specific chemicals within the chemical classes of; PFOA, PFOS, alkylphenol ethoxylates, sterols & hormones, triclosan & conjugates, and Pharmaceuticals. The contractor must have required equipment to perform the analyses as proposed. Paper reports will be required, upon request of the biologist. Award will be made to TestAmerica on or about August 24, 2010.
