Notice of Intent - The US Fish and Wildlife Service plans to award Purchase Order to Inland Northwest Consultants of Post Falls, Idaho 83854 for The US Fish and Wildlife Service (Service), Northern Idaho Field Office, 11103 E. Montgomery Drive, Spokane, WA 99206, a legal survey and topographic survey of portions of a property owned by Black Rock Ranch, L.L.C. near Harrison, Idaho for the purpose of evaluating it for wetland restoration. Due to short time frame required for this service and the fact that the contractor can share the costwith the Government by providing existing aerial photography, saving the Government time and an estimated $20,000. No solicitation or Request for Quote (RFQ) is available for this procurement. Nevertheless, any firm that believes it is capable of meeting the USFWS requirements described herein may submit a response no later than 11/08/2010, by COB to be considered. Responses to this posting must submitted in writing via e-mail only. A determination not to compete the described purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the USFWS.
