US Fish & Wildlife Service intends to enter into a sole source procurement with Foundations of Success for online training in Conservation Measures Partnership's (CMP's) Open Standards for Conservation. The online training will comprise of online modules, webinar, prepared of materials, online teaching and coaching, Miradi software, and communication outside of class time, as needed to answer questions, and final evaluation. Period of performance should begin by December 1, 2010 and be complete by May 31, 2011 (6 months).The proposed contract action for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). This notice of Intent is not a request for quotations.
