Juvenile Detainment Services for Eastern Nevada BIA Office of Justice Services

The Department of the Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs, Office of Justice Services (DOI/BIA/OJS) intends to issue a sole source award to Elko County Juvenile Probation Department to provide detention/correctional housing for Tribal juvenile prisoners who have been arrested & are awaiting transport, awaiting adjudication, serving sentences, awaiting release, or are convicted of tribal violations occurring within the Eastern Nevada, Te-Moak, Goshute, Shoshone Paiute jurisdiction. This notice if for informational purposes only. Any sources capable of providing the services outlined above must provide sufficient documentation to adequately support its claim within 15 days after publication of this notice. Any response received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining if a competitive acquisition is indicated. DOI/BIA/OJS will acquire the above outlined services from Elko County Juvenile Probation Department if no other qualified response is received before the expiration of the 15 day period.
