Sole Source Acquisition This is an announcement that the National Park Service intends a sole source acquisition for the movement of Jersey Barriers from Port Angeles and Forks for the purpose of conducting highway construction on highway 101. The acquisition will be made through the Washington Department of Transportation (WADOT) Section C SECTION C - STATEMENT OF WORK WADOT will load and deliver Jersey Barriers to Highway 101, marker 182 in Washington State in support of road contraction efforts. WADOT will pick and return Jersey Barriers after highway construction completion.
