This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for services in which the government intends to acquire in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions Procedures. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), Alaska Fisheries Science Center, Auke Bay Laboratories has a requirement for a contractor to Remove and dispose of T-12 lamps and magnetic ballasts in 336 existing fixtures and replace with new T-8 lamps and electronic ballasts (contractor provided), and provide and install 2 new emergency lighting units.
