ON LINE SUBSCRIPTIONS

The U.S. Coast Guard intends to solicit, negotiate and award a sole-source procurement under FAR Authority 6.302 to Lloyds Maritime Information Services Limited for the following: (1) SeaSearcher, 4 licenses at two locations (MIFCPAC and MIFCLANT; distributed as needed). Each SeaSearcher license provide web-based access to Llyods world-wide maritime shipping information. (2) Lloyds list online (3) licesnses for same locations as needed. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 511199. The contract type will be firm-fixed prices. If no responses are received within 15 days with sufficient information to determine that another responsible source is available, negotiations will be conducted with Lloyds Maritime Information Services Limited.
