SEASTAR FISHERIES INFORMATION SERVICE

The Coast Guard intends to solicit, negotiate and award a sole-source procurement (under FAR authority 6.302) to Orbimage Incorporated, 21700 Atlantic Blvd., Dulles, VA 20166-6801 for the following: Annual subscription to SeaStar Fisheries Information Service (see attachment for detailed description). Subscription Period: 01 Oct 2009 - 30 Sep 2010 The NAICS Code for this procurement 519190. The contract type will be a firm-fixed price. If no responses are received within fifteen (15) days with sufficient information to determine that another responsible source is available, negotiations will be conducted with Orbimage Incorporated.
