Effective August 28, 2023, Coast Guard contractors who are instructed to submit invoices using the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) are required to log into IPP using Multifactor Authentication. All contractors are required to verify their identity through a credential service provider before accessing IPP on or after August 28th. Contractors should have received an email from IPP (
[email protected]) regarding changes to the IPP log in and user enrollment process. Contractors must read that email and use any resources provided to enroll.
