The Federal Medical Center, Lexington, KY intends to issue a solicitation for the 2nd Quarter FY08 requirements of subsistence, meat/eggs, bread and disposable paper goods/supplies. Award date will be approximately January 1, 2008, with offers due by December 14, 2007, 2:00 PM EDST. Contract performance/delivery schedule will be from January 1, 2008 through March 30, 2008. This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business, FOB Destination. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Medical Center, 3001 Leestown Rd., Lexington, KY 40511. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror (s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher that past performance.
