The Federal Detention Center, 1200 Texas Avenue, Houston, TX intends to issue solicitation RFQ-HOU51705-0003 for the provision of a Laboratory/Phlebotomy Technician. The Laboratory/Phlebotomy Technician working under contract must have the appropriate educational qualifications, experience and licensure commensurate with the job responsibilities. It is estimated that the contract will include five hundred and four(504), three(3)hour sessions per contract period(1 year).
