V -- Sole Source to the TransitCenter, Inc. - NYC

The Department of Justice, Executive Office for U.S. Trustees intends to issue sole source purchase orders to the TransitCenter,Inc. for fare cars for eligible federal employees participating in the DOJ JETS transit program. We intend to issue purchase orders each year until program requirements change. This is not a request for proposals nor will a solicitation be issued.
