The Drug Enforcement Administration intends to issue a single, firm fixed price purchase order in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. This is anticipated to be a sole source award to Foray Technologies, LLC. The award will be for ADAMS software reinstallation, upgrade, maintenance, and support services. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 511210, Software Plublishers. This is a total small business set-aside requirement. The proposed award is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Foray Technologies, LLC. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, other than full and open competition is authorized when there is only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements.
