The Drug Enforcement Administration intends to award a sole source purchase order utilizing Emerson Network Power, Liebert Services, Inc., for battery replacement for the uninterruptible power supply/source (UPS) in order to provide emergency power to a load should the input power source fail. Leibert Corporation is the manufacturer of the system and recognizes Emerson Network Power as the only authorized service provider for the power product line.
