In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, the Government intends to issue a single, firm fixed price purchase order. This is anticipated to be a sole source award to Mettler Toledo, as they are the only source authorized to sell ALL of the requested items and compatible with DEA’s LabX system(s). All applicable provisions and clauses are in the attached matrix. A Justification for Use of Noncompetitive Procedures is approved and on file.
