--Renewal Membership in CIO Executive Board's Infrastructure Executive Council

The Drug Enforcement Administration intends to award a sole source purchase order to Corporate Executive Board located at 2000 Pennsylvania Ave., Washington DC 20006 for the annual renewal membership for CIO Executive Board with unlimited restricted access for all DEA employees to a website for research/networking/decision support tools. The period of performance is 12/31/2009 to 12/30/2010. The proposed purchase order is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Corporate Executive Board under authority 41 U.S.C253(c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 6.302-1. The NAICS code is 541618. The acquistion will be conducted through FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed-price purchase order.
