The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for 500,000 each 2" X 6" satin red ribbons with finished side edges and jagged top and bottom edges, imprinted with one color silver. See Illustration (Attachement I). Ribbons are to be shipped to locations specified (Attachment II). The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 323119. The acquisition will be conducted through the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 13 "Simplfied Acquisition Procedures". A solicitation will not be issued.
