After receipt and evaluation of three quotes received in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-2(4)(i) and 13.106-3, it is the intent of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) to make award to Feeney Wireless, LLC. Feeney Wireless provided the lowest total price of $35,175.00 for the product. The Office of Investigative Technology (ST) has a requirement for the purchase of Air Link Raven X EDVO SPCS (26 ea), VZW (39 ea), HSDPA (2 ea) and Dipole cellular half wavelength antenna (67 ea) products.
