This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes/proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number AG-04GG-S-17-0012 and issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-86-2 This is Set-aside for Small Business Only, with an associated NAICS code 333911. See attached document for Schedule of Items Delivery date for all items is no later than May 30, 2017. Point of delivery is FOB, Redmond Air Center Fire Cache, 1740 SE Ochoco Way, Redmond OR 97756 Offerors must submit prices on ALL bid items to be considered for award. Items are brand specific, NO substitutions are allowed. One award will be made to a single vendor. Quotes and all submittals are due on Feb 21, 2017 by 4:30pm (pst).
