This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquistion Circular 2001-08. The solicitation is for supply, delivery and spread crushed aggregate maximum size 1-1/4 inch to the following 2 locations: Item #1 - Grade Creek Road #8200, Milepost 0.0 to 0.75. Location is approximately 12 miles from downtown Chelan, 30 minutes by auto, towards Antilion Lake. From Chelan take Hwy 150 to Wapato Lake Road and follow signs to Antilion Lake. Work begins at the end of the asphalt. Item #2 - Road #51 - approximately 32 miles from Hwy 97A up the Entiat Valley. From Entiat south on Hwy 97A to junction of Entiat Valley Road. Drive up valley to end of the asphalt, work is segmented to end of Road #51. Quoter to offer quantity on one or both items. Project will be awarded by most quantity (tons) delivered for the $35,000 amount available for each item. Vicinity maps may be obtained by contacting the point of contact listed below for copies.
