This solicitation is to supply and install a 6 bedroom modular bunkhouse. Minor construction includes concrete foundation, porces, sodewalks and ramps, utility connections for water, propane, electricity, telephone and sewer. In addition, work includes pumping 7 septic tanks, maintence of existing sand filter septic system, location of propane service, installation of transitient voltage surge protector for compound and buildings on the compound. All work shall be performed and completed in accordance with the latest code requirements for each specific type work. The solicitation will be posted electronically on FedBizOpps on or about May 30, 2003.
