Timberline Lodge Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Improvements: Project includes renovation and upgrade of 10 rooms (#4, #109, #220, #303, and 6 Chalets) and access areas which includes the Balcony, Raven's Nest, Dining Room Patio, & Pool/Exercise of the lodge for improving accessibility in compliance with the Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards (UFAS), the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Treatment of Historic Properties, and The Timberline Lodge Historic Building Preservation Plan. Timberline Lodge is located 60 miles East of Portland OR. Clackamas County. Government Estimate is between $500K and $1M. Contract time for completion of work will be 90 days.
