The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), ARS, Western Regional Research Center in Albany, CA has a requirement for a service agreement on a MALDI-TOF-TOF mass spectrometer manufactured by Bruker Scientific, LLC. The maintenance agreement shall include: Onsite response time of three to five business days One planned maintenance visit per year with complete inspection of listed instrumentation Unlimited onsite emergency service visits Parts, labor and travel costs should be included. The proposed period of service in January 15, 2021 through January 14, 2022. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to determine if there are vendors available to service the equipment.
