NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development (RD) Rural Utilities Service (RUS) BioPreferred Program is seeking additional market research information from industry to assist with the development and planning of a potential new requirement for Communication Support Services for the BioPreferred Program. The requirement is national in scope, supporting an RD portfolio that is located in all 50 United States, in addition to the U.S. Territories of Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam, and American Samoa.
