Communications Rack and Antenna Tower Space near Tabonia, Utah

The United States Government and USDA Forest Service are seeking to lease rack space to accommodate two 19 inch radios (VHF and Microwave), and tower space for two VHF antennas, and tower space for one Microwave Dish, located near Tabonia, Utah. Location must be near Tabonia, Utah with line of sight to communication site on Steamboat Mountain. All services, supplies, utilities, and any required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The term will be for 20 years. Space must be available for occupancy no later than January 1, 2018.
