The Western Montana Acquisition Zone is seeking interested vendors to provide maintenance service for 1 Canon copy machine; located in Kalispell MT. SCOPE OF WORK: Furnish all labor, supplies, materials, parts, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to provide full maintenance to the copy machine described below. Maintenance will cover both labor and materials for repair and replacement of parts per industry standards. Toner and drums will be furnished by the contractors. Quoters must be certified authorized Canon dealers and use genuine OEM parts. Call response time stall be not greater than 4 hours during normal working hours Monday through Friday. BASIS OF AWARD Offer of award will be made to the quoters whose quote as determined by the Contracting Officer provides the best value to the Government considering but not limited to such factors as price, experience with this type work and past performance. The machine specifications are as follows: Canon IRC5030 SN EUV00689 Meter reading 9/30/2013 264,439 black & white Meter reading 9/30/2013 276,031 color Machine location: 650 Wolfpack Way, Kalispell; Estimated 240,000 copies per year 50% color 50% black & white. The timeframe shall be from November 30, 2013 - September 30, 2014.
