This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This product description is for Mobile Air Monitoring Van (MAM) that will be configured on a conventional non-CDL cargo van. Cargo van, equipment, and accessories must be provided as specified herein. Operation will be on improved and unimproved roads. The vehicle is based upon on a commercial van with customization configured to support EPA’s mission requirements. RFQ 47QMCA23Q0007 Purchase Description EPA MAM Vans.pdf is attached to this RFQ. EPA requires a mobile air monitoring van designed to provide real-time air pollution, meteorological (MET), and Global Positioning System (GPS) measurements. The van will be used to conduct air monitoring while in motion and while stationary. The van will house the air monitoring system and all ancillary equipment. This Purchase Description provides the technical specifications for the Van, Electrical/Power System, Air Sample Inlet System, and Instrument Rack.
