The General Services Administration (GSA), Northwest/Arctic Region 10, intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract with a Not to Exceed (NTE) amount for heating fuel and delivery to Port Angeles, WA. The award will be a base year plus 4 option years. GSA requests that your firm provide a quote in accordance with this solicitation and all attachments. Please see attached Statements of Work (SOW) and Request for Quote (RFQ) for further details regarding this procurement. Award will be made based on price. Current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) is required before an award can be made to the apparent lowest price offeror. You may access the system and register at www.sam.gov.
