Requested space must be fully-serviced and in a building that can be customized to meet the Government's needs and security requirements. The building must meet Federal Government standards for fire and seismic safety, must be ADA compliant and be located outside a 100-year floodplain. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are desired as part of the rental consideration. Space offered must have potential for efficient layout and be ready for occupancy by January 25, 2009.
