D -- Server/Operating System Migration Support Services (Phase II)

The General Services Administration intends to issue a sole source contract to Qflow Systems LLC under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 through solicitation number GS05T03BMM2803. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 01-09. Only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements. This procurement is to implement Phase II of the Server/Operating System Migration Support Services as follows; provide support services for installation of server hardware, operating system (Windows 2000 Server) software, and application migration services and consolidation strategy for its Windows based network Phase II. The Contractor will be responsible for providing professional services to facilitate the migration of five (5) of MMSO?s network servers. Services DO NOT include deployment of Windows Active Directory Services. In addition, on-site software support will be required to facilitate the reconfiguration of network connectivity for ten (10) servers during MMSO?s network reconfiguration project scheduled for Mid-November. The Contractor also must be an expert with a proven track record in document and imaging services systems (FileNet and Kofax), Relational database software administration and maintenance (Oracle), and Windows NT/2000 Server operating system software to facilitate the migration of these applications to this new environment. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
