70 -- System Development Support

The Government intends to award a delivery order under GSA FSS GS-35F-0590K to Calibrated Lifecycle Management Services (CLMS), 3923 S. 16th Street, Arlington, VA 22204, as a logical follow-on for software development, implementation, fielding, training, and management support. Systems to be supported are the Common Oracle Database (CODB) and the CODB Automated Functional Environment (CAF?) Site Administrators Module, as well as the automated interface to support sending regional based financial transactions to the Greater Southwest Finance Center (GSWFC). Software development involves database design and maintenance as well as development of support routines to facilitate use of the database by the ITSS/ITOMS applications. After deployment of the Integrated ITSS/ITOMS applications, the CODB support staff will be responsible for on going DBA and maintenance support. There are application errors that require database level access to resolve. The period of performance under the resulting award will be from date of award through December 31, 2004. Interested parties with the requisite knowledge to provide the required service shall respond no later than 4:00pm, November 13, 2002.
