SynopsisDocument Production OnSite/Offsite (DPS) The purpose of this synopsis to announce the availability of Document Production Services on GSA Schedule. These services are available under Solicitation FCGE-C1-00-0001-B, Refresher #3, Federal Supply Schedule Group 36. The name of this Solicitation is Office, Imaging and Document Solutions Solicitation. The contracts that have resulted from this solicitation cover the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the District of Columbia. Document Production Services includes On-demand Copying, Facsimile services, Large Format Scanning and copying, Facilities management, Document binding and finishing, Desk-top transmission, Document Imaging and Electronic Storage. DPS require vendors to have the capability of providing federal activities with practical turnkey solutions for document reproduction and document management. There is no closing date for receipt of offers; therefore, offers may be submitted at any time. Finally, contracts awarded from this solicitation will be for a period of five (5) years from Date of Award (DOA).
