The General Services Administration’s Public Buildings Service (GSA/PBS) intends to award a contract to the firm of TEAG, Inc., Seattle, WA in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. No other solicitation documents are available. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and a determination by the government to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Under this proposed action, the contractor will provide training in Building Serviceability Tools and Methods (ST&M). The course will be conducted in two (2) sections: (1) rating the serviceability of buildings; and (2) setting user functionality requirements. The contractor shall also conduct one pilot evaluation (one functionality requirement profile and one serviceability rating profile) of a GSA building. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
