REQUIREMENT: The Federal Government is interested in market information on the potential of leasing office and related space consisting of a maximum of approximately 15,000 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of office. The Government presently occupies 11,045 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of office space at 100 South Charles Street Tower II, Baltimore, Maryland. The Government will consider relocation if economically advantageous to the Government. The Government will consider agency mission requirements, the cost of moving from the current location, alterations, etc, when deciding whether it should relocate. LOCATION: Offered properties shall be located within the area bounded by: WEST – Howard Street – SOUTH – Pratt Street – EAST – Light Street - NORTH – Baltimore Street.
