The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 14,960 rentable square feet in Port St. Lucie, Florida within the following delineated area: North – Saeger Ave; South – Port St. Lucie Blvd; East – Lennard Road; West – Oleander Blvd/Floresta Dr. The space should yield approximately 13,008 BOMA Office Area square feet with ample parking located on-site and/or within a two-block radius. Parking requirements are as follows: three (3) reserved spaces, 83 employee parking spaces along with 60 visitor spaces. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than March 12, 2008. All space offered must be contiguous on one floor. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use.
