The General Services Administration, Public Building Service (PBS) intends to make an award under Simplified Acquisition, FAR Part 13, to The Reed Business Information LTD under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This procurement is a subscription to the Building Design and Construction Magazine 2008 White Paper. The proposed contract is for services from which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. The NAICS code is 511130.
