The ASPR/SNS intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to Mythics™. This requirement is a renewal of the required maintenance support agreement (MSA) for the Division of Strategic National Stockpile (DSNS) Oracle Advanced Security Add-On. The MSA is the follow-on support and maintenance portion of a larger, independent prior acquisition. The MSA provides automatic software upgrades, security patches, and unlimited technical assistance to keep it functioning at the required level. Oracle support and product warrantees are valid when services are provided by an Oracle Certified Partner. This contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) (SAP) and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, all responses received within three (3) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
