Notice of Intent to Sole Source - GIMS System -SLIMS Software Licenses and Software Customization

Notice of intent to sole source: Renewal of 35 User Name proprietary SLIMS licenses. Make available upgrades for versions of SLIMS current and released during the contract period, including setting up work flow processes. Continue support for the integration of existing and new sequencers (Illumina, Pacific Biosciences & Nanopore). Finalize/implement work flow process improvements. Increase visibility and provide means for users to monitor the status of samples and sets of samples within all processes and work flows. Develop sequencing request portal, to allow internal data-curators to manage custody of external users’ requests to sequence isolate samples. Provide ongoing, monthly support for the Genomic Information Management System. Develop means to interface with other tools and applications that are commonly used by scientific users. -
