This opportunity includes but is not limited to: Provide management, supervision, manpower, equipment, and supplies necessary to provide janitorial service at the FAA's ARTCC in Olathe, Kansas. The total area under consideration is approximately 100,000 total gross square feet. The contractor will be required to perform various daily, weekly, bi-monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual requirements as stated in the statement of work. The contractor shall be required to furnish all the mechanical and electrical equipment, appliances, and hand tools and other power cleaning equipment necessary for satisfactory performance of contract specification. Supplies to be furnished by the contractor include but are not limited to: paper towels, toilet tissue, soap, detergent, and general cleaning supplies. Small Business Set-Aside Contract to include base year plus four option years.
